IMPOSE YOUR WILL

IMPOSE YOUR WILL

PLEASE WATCH WATCH THE VIDEO BELOW

I had to stop the video 3 times just to hold myself and not cry! He is so right! We are selfish and that’s why we quit! And once we quit, the second time it will be easier and third time it will become our habit. But one day it all will come back to hit us back! And it will hurt more than we have continued the first time although it was hard!

IMPOSE YOUR WILL
What I learned today:
1. Be patient – Engage in consistent action
2. Do extra drills
3. People quit because they don’t have pride in what they do
4. People stop because they’re selfish and it’s just about them
5. You need a driving force for what you do that’s bigger than you
6. Quote: “Son, whatever you start, you make sure you finish.”
7. Don’t let quitting become a habit
8. Life is a blessing and life is a gift.
Thanks Inky =)

Niji No Hashi Dojo Martial arts School

Niji No Hashi Dojo Martial Arts in Cary, Morrisville, North Carolina

Parent,

The 2 or more hours your child spends everyday after school are some of the most crucial. The hours between getting out of school at 2:30 or 4:00 and when you get finished at
5 or so can be used productively or they can have a HUGE NEGATIVE EFFECT on YOUR CHILD…. Let’s explore.

Some kids go to baby sitters, some go home and “hang out” with their friends and some do whatever they want. Some are really, really board with what they’re doing after school!

Here’s the problem…

The hours after school add up fast and if you are not careful they can add up to a lot of wasted time!
TIME! Is the very essence of their existence

Think about…

A child will spend about 180 days in school per year. Everyday there will be at least two hours after school that need to be accounted for…

That’s 360 hours per year that a child is doing what????

Well, that’s up to their parents, but what they could be doing is…

• Developing Self-Discipline
• Learning How To Steer Clear of Peer Pressure
• Building Un-Stoppable Self Confidence
• Getting into Great Physical Shape
• Learning Self-Defense Skills That Could Save Their Lives
• Developing The “Mindset For Success”
• Learning How To Set And Achieve Goals
• Forging Quality Friendships With Other Like Minded Kids
• And Much More!

I don’t blame you. You’re thinking, “Come on… how can Doing Martial arts After School instill in my young one all of the character qualities they need for success?”

Well, I’m here to tell you in more ways than you can begin to imagine that our Private “Martial Arts After School Fitness & Success Program” will give your child a head start in life and help them do better in school!

My name is Ismael Rodriguez and I am the instructor at Niji No Hashi Dojo Martial Arts School in Cary,Morrisville, NC I’ve been a professional Martial-Arts Instructor for 40 years now! I owned a school in Brooklyn New York for 22 years before selling it and moving to Cary North Carolina I’ve been teaching here for 13 years. Living in New York I have been in many violence situations. True martial arts is not a sports and getting into an altercation really gets violent you have to meet violence with true self defense with no limitations with no rules. You’re better off walking away but when you trapped in a corner and you have no way out your children really have to learn to defend themselves against real violence.

Since 1981 I’ve been nurturing children just like yours after school with character building tools found only in martial-arts. No other after school activity can match up! That’s right I had a very big After School Martial arts Program at the school I previously owned. One year we had 32 children in the program!

Let me tell you though I am not interested in allowing that many kids in our new “ After-School Fitness & Success Program!”
I will only allow 15 Students in this exclusive, private, V.I.P. Program!

You’d like your child to build the self-esteem and self-confidence to have a more productive school year wouldn’t you? And a really, really big benefit to use is…

This program will free up your time so you
can get more accomplished while your child is being occupied after school!

So to Re-Cap….

Your child has the opportunity to be part of a very exclusive learning and character building program everyday after school!

You’ll have the piece of mind knowing that your child will be at the Dojo (school) everyday and will be developing the character qualities of a successful, well-rounded individual who is ready to take on life’s challenges!

Let me quickly sum up how the program works.
1. Your child will then get right into a focused True Martial arts lesson that is physically and mentally stimulating.

2. They will be able to earn their martial arts belts in do time belts and get all the benefits of True Martial arts training at a convenient time for you.

3. Your child will be getting valuable lessons in Success, Discipline, Respect, Self-Confidence and Self-Defense.

4. Your child will be part of an exclusive group of only 15 students.

5. Your child will have positive real life role models in a safe, clean, fun and structured environment.

6. You pick up your child from Niji No Hashi Dojo by 5:30PM or when you are finished work for the day.

Questions That Most Beginners Of The Martial Arts Experience

Niji No Hashi-Dojo-Martial Arts-Cary-Morrisville-North Carolina-If you train Remember.

The hand to hand martial arts offer an extremely profitable excursion of self-revelation. There are different stages inside this voyage the distance from apprentice to black belt and beyond. At every phase there are distinctive challenges and obstacles.

1.Is this truly for me?

This is an unavoidable issue at the beginner stage and furthermore at the transitional stage. Indeed this inquiry should be replied on various diverse events as far as possible up to black belt, and maybe even then too!

Self-uncertainty is not a terrible thing, it is a route for you to step once again from you’re preparing and legitimately inquire as to whether Martial Arts is still for you. No one but you can answer this inquiry however to ensure that you keep on giving Martial Arts a chance I suggest that you concentrate on three things: why did you get started in the first place; what has Martial Arts accomplished for you so far; and what do you still hope to get out of your Martial Arts practice?

If regardless you feel that Martial Arts has a considerable measure to offer you then your response to address

#1 should be a resounding yes!

2.Do I have the potential to become a black belt?

Yes! Yes! Yes! Everyone has the potential to do anything they want. The question you ought to ask yourself is, will I permit myself to achieve my capability of turning into a black belt?

3.Can Martial Arts truly help me to defend myself? Yes, and no.

Yes, and no. After three months of training the odds are that you won’t have the capacity to truly the defense yourself unless you are taking a specific and intensive self-defense course that is exclusively centered around real street violence. You are likely taking a standard combative technique street survival in which case you ought to defend yourself with real street violence the world is changing you need to be well prepared in which case you should expect to gradually develop self-defense skills over a significantly longer period of time. Steadily create self-protection abilities over a fundamentally more timeframe. On the off chance that your essential objective is self-protection then take a course that deals with that specifically and also read and learn about basic awareness tactics for going about your everyday life.

4.Is all of this talk about ethics and spiritual values really true?

At first it appears as though punching and kicking don’t generally coordinate the estimations of order and respect and I can’t blame you for thinking that especially after grabbing up your daily newspaper and reading about the most recent robbing, assault or neighborhood school brutality.

However the truth is that mindfulness prompts a more prominent energy about truth in your life and what it intends to you particularly.

By rehearsing combative technique you find out about your own particular qualities and shortcomings and through hard physical preparing you figure out how to get through past confinements and take yourself to the following level in your development and self-discovery.

This ordinarily interprets into higher moral and spiritual values, and profound qualities, which in turn lead to greater self-discipline and respect, self-control and regard for our fellow citizens. I believe that all of this is true but it obviously takes time, exertion and duty to make any sort of enduring behavioral change.

5.Will I ever get these strategies and techniques drills right?

The more you practice, the more likely you are to get the methods of the techniques and drills right.
Your definitive achievement in Martial Arts is in proportion to your effort, focus and persistence and consistencies of it. The more that you concentrate on the way that you are not getting the drills right, the more you will get to be disappointed. Change your center, keep it positive, and all of a sudden you will get the techniques right.

6. Doesnít everybody get hurt in sparring?

Everybody gets minor bumps and bruises in sparring even if when are wearing protective gear.

This is part of martial arts training. Don’t believe anybody who tells you differently.

In any case, very few practitioners experience serious injuries while training at a reputable school that takes every precaution necessary for the safety of its members.

The use of safety gear is one reason for this, but a more important reason is the care and knowledge of a competent instructor who knows how to gradually introduce sparring drills that are both age-appropriate and rank-specific.

A competent and caring instructor is more important than any piece of safety gear.

These are a portion of the regular questions in the early phases of training technique preparing and there are clearly many more.

The act of reading exercises my imagination. I am introduced to new vocabulary, concepts, and ideas each time I open a book.

The act of reading exercises my imagination. I am introduced to new vocabulary, concepts, and ideas each time I open a book.

Language is powerful and challenging, and I enjoy the mental stimulation.

When I discover an unfamiliar word, I look it up. Increasing my vocabulary enables me to communicate with greater clarity because I can say exactly what I mean. As my mental dictionary grows, everything I encounter possesses an increased level of definition.

My mind is actively engaged when I read. Afterward, I process and reflect on the material with an open mind.

Encountering beliefs that challenge my own encourages me to research the unknown. In this manner, my reading is augmented by peripheral texts and new venues of literature. I reinforce my knowledge while availing myself to different opinions. Mentally, I gain the ability to see multiple sides of a position.

New ideas sometimes influence my perception, and I develop new methods of contemplating everyday events.

I treat the act of reading the same as Martial Arts physical exercise. That I perform it regularly. Just like my Martial Arts exercise routine, I introduce new material to avoid stagnation. When my day is full, I search for small opportunities to read.

My cognitive strength increases with each day.

Today, I look forward to reading something new. I can experience exciting adventures, thoughts, and ideas just by opening a book or with the click of my mouse.

Martial Arts Activities That Build Your Self-Confidence

Niji No Hashi Dojo-Martial Arts-Cary-Morrisville-North Carolina-13

Everything becomes easier when you’re brimming with self-confidence. As soon as self-doubt enters your mind, your ability to act is compromised. Self-confidence might seem to rise and fall in a random fashion, but there are steps you can take to increase the level of confidence you experience on a regular basis.

Enhance your self-confidence and accomplish more with these techniques:

  1. Achieve a goal. Start small. Your goal might be to arrive to work on time every day this week or to eat a piece of fruit each day. Easy goals are easy to accomplish. When you accomplish something, you feel more confident. Choose easy goals that make a difference. The accomplishment of many, small goals will change your level of confidence.

  2. Make a list of your accomplishments. It’s interesting that our failures are easy to list, but our accomplishments require a little more pondering. Make a list of your accomplishments and review them each day. Remember how great you felt in that moment.

  3. Groom yourself to a higher standard. Get a better haircut. Spend a little more time and attention on your grooming each morning. Learn how to apply your makeup more effectively. Trim your beard in a more attractive manner. Trim those stray ear and nose hairs. You’ll be surprised how much better you look and feel.

  4. Be assertive. Having more control over your life results in greater self-confidence. One of the quickest ways to increase the level of influence you have over your life is to be more assertive. Give yourself small tasks to accomplish that require assertiveness. A few examples you might consider:

  • Walk into a fast-food restaurant and ask for a cup of water without ordering anything else. It doesn’t matter whether your request is granted. Just ask.
  • Tell your boss one thing you’d like to change about your job or your work environment.
  • Make one suggestion to your significant other that would enhance your relationship.
  1. Dress nicer. We all feel more confident when we’re dressed well. Up your game and put the “nice clothes” in your closet to work for you. Think of your friend or coworker that dresses the best. Shoot for a similar level of clothing while maintaining your own style. It takes the same amount of time to put on a nicer shirt.

  2. Practice breeds confidence. You’ll be much more confident if you practice your speech ten times instead of five. Whether you practice your flirting skills or your ability give presentations, your confidence will increase with practice.
  3. Drop one thing from your life. The odds are high that you’re currently stuck with an obligation in your life that you don’t enjoy. While there are some things in life you have to do, there are just as many that you don’t. Take control and drop one of these non-essential activities that you prefer not to do anyway.
  4. Find a mentor. The right mentor can make all the difference. Knowing that you have an expert on your side is sure to boost your confidence. A good mentor will provide the support and guidance necessary to reach your goals. Good mentors aren’t easy to find, but well worth the effort to locate.

Some of us are blessed with a high level of self-confidence while others must learn to cultivate it. Focus on your accomplishments, be more assertive, and find a mentor. Spend time each day growing your self-confidence and experience real personal growth.

A BRIEF HISTORY OF TIME BY STEPHEN HAWKING

Ninjutsu Defense Arts Center, Martial Arts Cary, Morrisville, NC

Celebrate and value your achievements

Beginning at the beginning of today,

The Beginning Martial arts Cary,NC

I am organizing my own self-consideration – listening to my body for what it needs – sustaining my mind – body -and Spirit. Here is the procedure I’ve made for my new end of year custom:

Celebrate and value your achievements: the year can truly fly by and it’s anything but difficult to forget about all that happened. Make the inquiry, “What did I do well?” Making a rundown can demonstrate to you exactly the amount you accomplished. Experiencing considerable difficulties of anything? Do a reversal through your schedule in the event that you require a couple of updates. Require significant investment to truly acknowledge what you achieved.

Recognize your qualities and zones of development: so regularly we concentrate on the courses in which we miss the mark without regard for our inborn blessings and how we may influence them. There is worth in both distinguishing our regular gifts that prompt a condition of stream – time flies by and we are completely living our why – and giving ourselves credit when we extend just past our customary range of familiarity.

Survey the effect of your work on the planet: now before you say, what sort of effect would I be able to have on the world, consider the courses in which you have any kind of effect in your family, inside of your kinship circle, at your occupation, in your group, and so forth. As Mother Teresa said, “not every one of us can do awesome things. However, we can do little things with extraordinary love.

Catch your lessons learned: the minutes that cause us the best torment are frequently loaded with important life lessons. These testing times have a tendency to be open doors for development, on the off chance that we can see them for what they are. Decidedly re-confining these troublesome circumstances can invigorate the advancement of new abilities that will serve you well as you proceed on your life’s excursion.

So this is my arrangement but I’m taking into consideration very much of adaptability, realizing that things don’t generally work out as expected. Be delicate with yourself and honor where you are, wherever that happens to be in the occasion. What I’m planning to pick up from this procedure is a more noteworthy acknowledgment and affirmation of my self-awareness, the disclosure of key bits of knowledge that will serve me in now and later on, and utilizing the intelligence gathered from this procedure to advise my activities in the coming year.

4 Activities That Expand Your Horizons and Make Life More Fulfilling

There is a free PDF of Rich Dad Poor Dad at the bottom of this page

NIJI NO HASHI DOJO MARTIAL ARTS CARY RECOMMENDED BOOKS

Have you ever felt like you’ve been missing something that could make your life more fulfilling? Perhaps you’re yearning to expand your horizons and reach for something beyond the scope of what you know today.

These activities will make a marked difference in helping you find that sense of newness and fulfillment you’re seeking:

  1. Read. Reading is a great way to expand your horizons and give you an appreciation of concepts and ideas which you’ve never really given much thought to before. You’ll quickly find that you’re becoming more imaginative and even more accepting of the points of view of others around you.

* History books give a true sense of appreciation of cultures and may help you determine why some cultures have behaviors that are so different from your own.

* If you’re inclined to behave a certain way, such as a free-loving spirit or a goal-driven individual, try reading to learn about how you can break out of your mold and live in another realm. You’ll be surprised at how liberating it can be!

  1. Engage others. Partaking in meaningful conversation with others outside of your loyal friends or your everyday co-workers is a great way to open up your mind’s eye. Try visiting a new hang out spot or accept invitations from random acquaintances and see what new possibilities open up.

* Not much into politics? Give it a shot by engaging politics-driven individuals in conversation. You may not ever become a politician, but you can at least understand their point of view!

* Thinking about giving back? Why not spend some time with charity workers to understand the impact of their work? That may be the push you need to make a difference in the lives of the less fortunate.

  1. Create. As a child, was there ever anything you wanted to be able to create? A written expression, music, useful new gadget, or even a structure? Now that you’re grown, and possibly in a better position to create, why not take a shot at it? Try and do something totally unrelated to your current stage or status in life.

* Write a book sharing your innermost fears and insecurities; you may find that it gives you the liberation you’ve wanted for many years.

* Start a self-development blog for teens, which may very well help them through issues you faced when you were their age.

  1. Appreciate. Although there are things other people accomplish that might not be in your normal scope, why not try and take the time to appreciate their worth? While the impact may initially be beyond your insight or understanding, actually spending the time looking into it for its worth may allow you to gain an appreciation you never had before.

The reality is that you’re really never too old to learn!

There are endless lessons just waiting to have a profound impact on you, if only you’ll let them. And the more you expose your mind to, the broader your horizons will become.

Remember that knowledge is power, so avoid limiting your knowledge base and open your mind to new possibilities.

A Vision is a snap shot of as condition not yet met!

I keep only two mental snapshots of myself: where I am and where I want to be in life.

My determination sets me up for success.

Niji No Hashi Dojo-Martial-arts-cary-nc

A Vision is a snap-shot of as condition not yet met! Training at the dojo is the first step to a perfect and balanced life. As you train at the dojo you will begin to notice that these patterns completely and unconsciously become who you are!

So that your technique improves before you realize it, your confidence over comes self-doubt, and your body will become strong before you very eyes! Remember the more you sweat in training, the less you bleed in combat.

The more you ponder the technique the more interesting your life becomes!

The only two points that matter when getting directions in my Martial Arts training are the starting point and the destination. As long as I know where I am and where I am headed, I can block out any other mental images.

There is no need for me to focus on the past. Dwelling on the past keeps me from moving ahead. I can’t drive forward while looking through the rearview mirror.

Whether my past was filled with victories or defeats, it is the past. My past victories help to strengthen my confidence. Yesterday’s failures taught me valuable life lessons

Yet, my eyes are set on the present because I allow the light of possibility to shine in.

My attention is never set on the path of others. When I understand that I have my own journey to enjoy, I stop comparing myself to others. Comparison slows down progress and breeds envy.

I feel proud of what I have been able to accomplish. Hard work and determination have gotten me to this point, and my life is filled with blessings.

Although I am blessed to be where I am, I do not want to stop here. I want to move forward because my calling is greater than anything I have ever done.

I have a clear vision of where I want to be. My goal is to live the best life that I was created to live. Positive thoughts and a heart full of faith will help me reach my goal.

Daily, I picture myself enjoying great victories. Whatever my heart dreams and my mind envisions, becomes a reality through my determination. In my mind, I am confident that I will succeed because I have an unshakeable faith in my abilities.

When a door closes, I keep pounding until it opens because I am determined to find a way to achieve what I have set out to accomplish. If all doors are closed, I look for a window or I make my own path because I am unstoppable.

Giving up is not an option. I am unaffected by temporary failures. I reject fear, doubt, and unbelief. I shut out all the voices that speak these things to me and remind myself that life is only as difficult as I choose to see it. When I am tired, I drink from the cup of perseverance to quench my thirst.

Success is within my reach because I have the necessary skills to achieve it. I am willing to face all the odds against me and I am determined to defeat them. The strength to overcome obstacles is within me.

By seeking relationships with people who encourage me and push me forward, I position myself on the path to triumph. Excuses are absent from my vocabulary because they simply cloud my vision.

Today, I choose to focus my vision to see only victory. I turn off all distractions in order to concentrate on the things that are important to me.
