Tobi Kata consists of six main forms called Tobo-Roppo.
These are: Jumping forward (Mae Tobi), jumping backward (Ushiro Tobi), jumping upwards (Taka Tobi), jumping a specific distance (Haba Tobi), jumping sideways (Yoko Tobi), and jumping diagonally (Naname Tobi)
